Notice is hereby given of two public hearings by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Stratton:

Wednesday March 11, 2026 at 6:00 P.M.

THE PURPOSE OF EACH PUBLIC HEARINGS IS AS FOLLOWS:

The purpose of the first public hearing is to take public testimony regarding amending zoning map within the Town of Stratton and the accompanying ordinance No. 89A, regarding such zones and the allowable uses within these zones. A copy of the proposed zoning amendments is available for inspection at Stratton Town Hall office during business hours. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing as public testimony on the amendments will be taken. Written comments may be submitted to the Board of trustees any time prior to meeting.
The purpose of the second public hearing is regarding an application for a tiny Home at 211 New York Avenue Stratton, CO, located within a Residential R-3 Zone. A copy of the application is available for inspection at Stratton Town Hall Office during regular business hours. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the public hearing as public testimony on the application will be taken. Written comments may be submitted to the Board of trustees any time prior to meeting.

TORNADO SIRENS TO TEST IN KIT CARSON & CHEYENNE COUNTIES

Starting April 14, 2026, through October 13, 2026, all clear sirens will only be tested every second Tuesday of the month.

Tuesday March 10th will be first test!!!
