A) Water bills go out by the 1st of the month and are due by the 10th. If received after the 10th a late payment fee of $15.00 will be added to your bill.
A) Payments may be made in office with cash, check or credit card. If a credit card is used there is a $6.00 fee per $100.00 paid and this process can only be done in office, not over the phone. There is also UBMax Online Bill Pay that you can access through the internet. It will ask for municipal code: StrattonCO836 This code is case sensitive and must be entered as shown here. For your convenience we also offer an after hours box located in front of the Town Hall. Payments may be dropped off there anytime. Payments made during business hours will be processed the same day. Payments made after business hours will be processed on the next business day. Payments can also be mailed to our office at 918 Colorado Ave, Stratton, CO 80836. And we offer monthly autopay to customers with a checking account. Please inquire within for more information on this payment option.
