Notice is hereby given by the Town of Stratton, Kit Carson County, Colorado that at the close of business on the 64th day before the election there were not more candidates for Town Council or Mayor, than offices to be filled, including candidates filing affidavits of intent to be write in candidates; therefore, the election to be held on April 2, 2024, is hereby canceled pursuant to 1-5-208 C.R.S.
